- I need to change my bookings
- You can change the details of your booking. The balance payable in the shop will be recalculated. Please send an email to info@vincentsports-chatel.com with the changes you wish to make, quoting your booking reference number.
- I havn't recevied my booking confirmation yet ?
- If you have completed the booking process but not received your booking confirmation email. Please send an email to info@vincentsports-chatel.com with your name and bookings reference number.
- Can I cancel my bookings ?

- Are ski poles included ?
- Yes ski poles are included with all ski
- Do you stock boots to fit wide feet/large feet ?
- Yes we have boots to fit most sizes and shapes. If you think this may be a problem, please contact us at info@vincentsports-chatel.com with your bookings reference number.
